[opencms-dev] cms shell error

I am working on a publish script and got this error when executing on
shell:
 
 
 
shell>sh publish

OpenCms WEB-INF path:  "/app/tomcat5/webapps/opencms/WEB-INF".
OpenCms property file:

Can someone throw some light on 
1) what is wrong with log4j  
2) where do look for OpenCms XML configuration problem:
