[opencms-dev] How to make a multilingual enabled site by using TemplateOne

Hi,
Great to have it described so short and concise. I haven't tried it but
if I do I will look at this How-To.
I also have a question to you all about the TemplateOne. As someone new
with OpenCms as me it feels a little hard to see and understand what is
OpenCms Core and what is TemplateOne (maybe I ought to install OpenCms
without TemplateOne...).
Do you normally use TemplateOne when building sites?
For my site it seems, at this point, a little overkill to use
TemplateOne. It also seems easier to learn OpenCms without TemplateOne
(although you can look at how things are made in TemplateOne). Or how
should I relate to TemplateOne?
/Peter
