You must change the editor for a *.html file to be something else than
the Web browser, for example the text editor. You can do this from
Window/Preferences.../General/Editors/File Associations.

I actually added this explanation to the version 0.0.2 that I just
released because I guessed that this will be a problem ;)

In version 0.0.2 the OpenCms log output is printed to the console.
