Any idea to the following error code into this script:

The error is:

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP An 
error occurred at line: 1 in the jsp file: 
/WEB-INF/jsp/offline/system/login/index3.html.jsp Generated servlet 
error: cmsJspActionElement cannot be resolved An error occurred at line: 
1 in the jsp file: /WEB-INF/jsp/offline/system/login/index3.html.jsp 
Generated servlet error: org.opencms.workplace.CmsWorkplaceAction cannot 
be resolved to a type
