[opencms-dev] error while adding new resource

Hi,

I am getitng error while adding new resource ( direct add using plus button)
saying that"
Error creating the resource/sites/default/news
Reason:could not create resource /../..///// because it already exists"

so if click plus button i am getting this message.
 I am using "allInFolderDateReleasedDesc" collector.
Please tell me how to resolve this erroe.
