[opencms-dev] Unable to create view in Eclipse

Please help. I can't create view in eclipse. the WEB-INF is set 
correctly in preferences. (coz I got not found error if I set it wrong)

this is the error message: not sure if my opencms xml files are missing 
something...

Unable to create view: Critical error during OpenCms initialization: 
Unable to read the OpenCms XML configuration.

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Element type "validationhandler" must be 
declared.
