You have to go through the set-up procedure, and the URL you give isn't the
URL for the set-up page.  Best to read the installation instructions to get
the full story.

so I have java & tomcat 5.5 installed....I can get to http://localhost:8080/
and see the default tomcat page. I then can click on the jsp examples just
fine... So then I install the war file with the manager and deploy it. It
creates the opencms folder and then I try to navigate to to
http://localhost:8080/opencms/ and get nothing! Whats wrong????
