[opencms-dev] Problem in user management

Hello to all,

can anybody tells me how we can create user group and assign the roles and
privileges to them like the user of this group can publish the contents of
the  specified folder of the project. and the users of another group can
only edit or upload the contents for the specified folder of the project.
