[opencms-dev] Auto image downscaling in upload-applet?

Well, if you want to scale, *before* images are uploaded, then you have
to write your own applet.
And if you want to scale after uploading, but before saving, then you
have to write your own upload page, which accepts the uploaded images
and scale them, before they are saved.

In both cases you would have to dig through the existing code and try to
create something similar based on what exists and link it into the
workplace.
