[opencms-dev] multisite configuration with microsites in sites/default/

hi all, 
 
i have a multisite question. 
 
under sites/default/ i have some microsites.
sites/default/siteA
sites/default/siteB
....
 
the multisiteconfiguration with mod_proxy seems to work well in principle,
but i never have seen an example in the documentations available with
multisiteconfiguration for the path "sites/default/". just directly for
"sites/siteA", "sites/siteB"
just to be sure: can this configuration make problems? or does this make no
difference for opencms in which folderhierarchy-level a "site-basefolder" is
located?
