[opencms-dev] Full automatically multisite configuration

Hi all!
Change tomcat's system.xml and apche's listen.conf via javacode
Has anybody an idea how to change this files with a java class DIRECTLY?
(Without reading and write both files again?...i know that there are some
possibilities to use dom4j or jdom for system.xml)
