[opencms-dev] Server error 404 and about building a horizontal navigation

Hello,this is my first mail to opencms mail list.I am a beginner to OpenCMS
and have several questions about it.

First:
I set up a folder named "taxation" in the root directory of opencms,and
published it in offline project.In online status,it can be display
normally.But when I inputted the address string in the address box of
IE 6.0directly,the following error is
occured.Why?Thanks.

The requested resource "/opencms/opencms/taxation/chinese/index.html" was
not found on the server.

Probably you used an outdated link or an old bookmark.

If you followed a link on our site, please try it again in a few minutes.

Sencond:

I want to build a horizontal navigation like "Your Current
Position:Home->News->..." using JSP file.Can you help me achieve this
function?Thanks.
