[opencms-dev] OpenCms writes in the webapp directory considered a major problem

Hi Christoph,

I guess you want to use a structure which can support intensive visits.
Generally, 

Web Users
    |
SQUAD Server
    |
Apache Server  -- Separate production data is here.
    |
CMS Server
    |
DataBase Server

If you use a Linux box, it's quite easy to do so. You can link your hard
driver on your web server to the export directory of OpenCms.
