[opencms-dev] Manage Word/Open Office document version

Hello,

I'm interested in manage document of type Office (MS Word, excel) /Open
Office in this way:

A common point to share, administrate an control versioning.
A common point to be accessed by diferent roles.
A common point to control status (created, open, revised, acepted,
validated, ....).


How can I use/configure OpenCms in this way?.
