[opencms-dev] Using only CMS with own developed website

Hi,

I am at my company about to do a major website in a JSP framework, and
the whole website will be very custom and specific for this client with
lots of features - especially a lot of AJAX. For this we need a good CMS
for editing content - but only content. Editable content includes:

* article pages (both WYSIWYG and structured content)

* menu structure

* some minor text management

* tag management (both as a module on it's own and as article metadata)

* extra custom article metadata

* some specific setup of the website (for instance some settings for the
search engine)

* data management (almost direct database access to certain tables)

No actual management of the design should be possible (except for the
few WYSIWYG-pages), mostly it will "just" be data management on several
layers.

Would OpenCMS be applicable in this situation?
