Ups, strange - we are running 6.2.3 too - however through the upgrade
path from 6.x to 6.2.3
As of now it still works without any flaws.

Well I chewed on that one a while too :-)
To restrict guest access  you actually have to ADD the guest group and
set the appropriate rights.
