[opencms-dev] How to use Webusers?

WHAT THE HELL is now going on?!?!?!

I have another microsite in my system and now this one is not accessible
any more ( http://eye4eye.de/opencms/iceland/pages ) and he wants a
username / password for the folder /opencms. I didn't  change anything
there.
