Of course, DB is running(as said before, v6.2.2 is running perfectly on the same machine). 

set wizard.enabled=false means need config opencms.properties(and more?) manullay, but v6.2.2 is no need at all. and, as a clean new installation, wizard.enabled SHOULD BE true.

i suspect, is the setup wizard of opencms v6.2.3 cann't run on linux at all, IS A BUG?
