[opencms-dev] How use <cms:img> with an external link

Hello,

I am trying to use <cms:img> with images which are located in a server, 
I need to access with samba \\Server\image_folder. I don´t want to use 
<img src="\\Server\image_folder> because I want to use image scaling 
sometimes, so I need <cms:img>

How can I use it?
