[opencms-dev] Setting the font and the font-size without administrator privileges in fckeditor

This is controlled by the options-files in 
/system/workplace/editors/configuration. Either change the permissions 
on the files (one of them is not visible to from members of the Users 
group), or alter the contents of the file that Users can see.
