[opencms-dev] OpenCms 7 Beta 1 available (in CVS)

Hi Piero!

It seems you have checked out the latest dev version instead of the 
beta1 release, since the publishmanager node in the opencms-system.xml 
was introduced later (after the beta1 release) in place of the 
publishhistory node.
so please be sure to check out the build_7beta_1 tag and not the latest 
version of the dev_7_0 branch which may be a little bit unstable.
