[opencms-dev] set _configuration directory for templateone manually?

Is it possible to set the _configuration directory that templateone uses 
programmatically in the template code?

I have one content directory for everyone, but I need to to change the 
properties set in the _configuration directory dependent on the group of the 
logged in webuser (eg, this means a different logo, other colors).

Just need the code to say templateone where to look for the _configuration 
path.

Any help is much appreciated!
