[opencms-dev] Staging and production environments

you can configure the url for the workspace in opencms-system.xml

change <workplace-server>http://someUrl:8080</workplace-server>

to some url that's not externally accessible.  in our case, our site is
served over port 80.  so we just disable access to port 8080 for external
users.
