[opencms-dev] ERROR: org/opencms/workplace/editors/CmsXmlContentEditor

Sometimes I get this errror when I want editing XML-Content (for instance
article or my own) with the XML-Content-Editor. This happens when I use the
direct-edit-button or direct from workplace. Then I must make a
tomcat-restart and waiting for the next of this error :-((. This error
occured also in a fresh opencms-installation (version 7.0.2 and 7.0.3, Java
1.6, Tomcat 5.0.30 and MySQL 5.0.22 )

the logs say:

Who knows this error? What can be the reason? Is there a solution?
