[opencms-dev] Workplace and German language - SOLVED

Hello list,

I solved the issue and the solution leaves me somewhat puzzled.
The problem arose due to a malformed german properties file of a 
third-pary module which included the label for a structured content 
type. This resulted in a non-functional explorer (blank frameset) while 
everything else still showed correctly (e.g. German labels and content 
at the administration section). I am not sure if OpenCms behaves as 
designed as no errors/warnings are thrown whatsoever. Sometimes "process 
of elimination" is your only friend - even though I had the gut feeling, 
that a malicious properties file is the cheeky monkey.
