[opencms-dev] Modules auto build

Hi all !

We are actually trying to improve our developpement process.
We need to be able to build module from sources and properties file (to
generate the manifest.xml).
I found some methods able to generate a UUID but is there any process
able to build the manifest.xml from properties file or some best
practicies in that way ?
