[opencms-dev] change publish location?

Hello all - I am working on implementing an OpenCMS system in our  
environment. However, I'm trying to find out if I have any control  
over where OpenCMS publishes the sites to. I've been googling it and  
can't seem to find any definitive answer. I've got Matt Butcher's  
book, and it too doesn't seem to mention anywhere if you can alter the  
publish path.

I'm on OpenCMS 7.01.
