[opencms-dev] Getting Started - Great confusion

Hi,
i'm new at opencms and this mailing list, using tomcat 5.5 and last 
version of opencms, all works.
The long trip around explorer folders and administration section is done 
and i have also done a microsite in /sites/default/mysite using templateOne.

But i feel i didn't get the point of opencms,
can anyone give me some advice about a good tutorial ?
