[opencms-dev] Can't add folder even though logged in as Admin on OpenCMS 6.0

I can't add folder even though logged in as Admin on OpenCMS 6.0. My list of
resource types after clicking the 'New' button consist only of 'Pattern
page' and 'JSP'. What ever happened to the other half dozen options? How do
I get all my resource types back? What factors control what is listed in the
resource types?
