[opencms-dev] upload applet vs. OS file browser

In OpenCms Workplace Click on the "Preferences" button.
You are in the preferences dialog.
Select the "Workplace" tab (it is the first tab, so is selected by default).
Into the "General options" section unselect the "Use Upload-Applet" 
checkbox.
