Hi.
I gues you are using Alkacon Webform Module.
In order to have more options for your Radion Button field type,
you will have to define the options in the "Default Value" field.
Separete each option with a pipe character "|".
Example (to add title field in your form):
Default Value: "*Mr|Mrs|Ms"
The default selected radio button is marked with "*".
