[opencms-dev] I am new bie to opencms, is it possible to make it mandatory to check only the requried fields through some method

hi,
  this is islam khan ,a new bie to opencms .Well i installed opencms on my
machine and then i want to make the end user to install only the required
and essential features for opencms to be installed .Is this possible through
some means.
