Hello to everybody!
First of all, I'm Francesco Fabi from Rome, Italy, and I'm sorry for probable grammatical errors...
I just subscribed few minutes ago to the OpenCms mailing list, because I'm desperated, I'm so discouraged, and I hoped you can help me....
The matter is this:
I have to make my degree thesis and, being involved to the J2EE world, and after having thought for long time to a good project, thanks to other people's suggestion too, I'm shored to this project:
Realize an Accessible OpenCms module.
I've done a study on accessibility, but my trouble is move myself through Module Development....
I'm studying Documentation...but having not helps, I'm feeling so much difficulty....
I need to know very well how a Module works in OpenCms, I need to know FROM WHERE LEAVE to realize my project...
I know what I have to do, but I have not the tools' mastery.
For example, I haven't understood very well how a Module blends(merges) into OpenCms...
Again, I don't know how see that my module integrates itself into OpenCms....
I miss experience in Opencms and its modules....
Please, help me to understand some concepts....
I need to know how to begin, how to bond the module with OpenCms...
It has to be apart to provide accessibilty or it has to be merged into OpenCms providing additional accessible functionalities...?What's the right way?
I'm taken a stab at a project that goes beyond my knowledge, but I want to success, I want to learn that I didn't know.
(and I want to take the maximum score for my degree :) )
Thank you very very much to anyone will wish to help me!
Greetings,
Francesco Fabi
