[opencms-dev] static export gets 0 byte files

Hello Joe,

My problem is similar.
When i haven´t an image or other file in the export folder, I configure ther
export propertie a false, i do "touch" it and re-publish, but thr image
isn´t in the export folder.

Before I set "export" property to false. but now this solution is wrong and
not effective.
