[opencms-dev] Encoding problem in formgenerator module

Hi,

I have encoding problem with alkacon formgenerator module. Although encoding in webform or database are correct, but downloaded data in excel format has encoding problem and I get question mark for a character instead of the actual character.
Has anyone see this problem?Would you please help me how I can solve it?
