[opencms-dev] Problem with Installation of 7.0.4 using mod_proxy

Claus,
Thanks for the reply. I caught the misspelling of "tomat" and it didn't
help. I have a resources dir in ${TOMCAT_HOME}, but there is no resources
dir in ${TOMCAT_HOME}/export/ if that's what you asked. Both
${TOMCAT_HOME}/resources & /export have permissions drwxr-xr-x. I'm confused
about something else, in the browser, I can see the localhost resources
directory, so for example I can view
http://localhost:8081/resources/buttons/anchor.jpg, but I cannot view the
same directory for my server -
http://xyz.myserver.com/resources/buttons/anchor.jpg.

mod_proxy
Maybe it's just a typo - in your example the Directory-directive says
"tomat" rather than "tomcat". Other than that I don't use mod_proxy but
rather the mod_jk approach, so I cannot comment.
Anyway it is probably still interesting to know whether or not the
resources actually gets written to export-folder in the "real" file
system - that would indicate whether it is a write or read problem.
