[opencms-dev] Template Developer Role Causes User’s Folder to "Disappear"

Hi,

When I add a "Template Developer" Role to a user, OpenCMS will no
longer permit that user access to their folder/files. Can someone tell
me how I can stop this happening please? Details as follows.

I have a folder called Travel, a group called Mobile and a user called
Richard. The Mobile group has full rights to the /sites/default/travel
folder. Richard is a member of the Mobile group and if he is assigned
a "Workplace user" role he can log in and edit html and css files
under the Travel folder. However, Richard also needs to edit the JSPs
under travel which he cannot do with only a "Workplace user". So, I
added "Template Developer" to Richard's roles. Unfortunately, the next
time Richard logged in, his Travel folder had disappeared. Removing
the Template Developer Role will enable him to see the Travel folder,
but still not edit the JSPs. How can I allow this user to edit JSPs? I
don't want this user accessing other folders under default, or
anything under modules.
