[opencms-dev] Installation: Image Processing failed

Hello,

when installing OpenCms on 
- Suse 11.0
- Java 6.0
- Tomcat 6.0
- MySQL 5.1

on the second page, there is the error:

"Image processing: failed!
Your system uses components which have not been tested to work with 
Alkacon OpenCms. It is possible that OpenCms will not run on your system. 
-Djava.awt.headless=true JVM parameter or X-Server may be missing.
You can continue the setup, but image processing will be disabled."

Tomcat 6 starts automatically with Suse Linux, so in which file do I need 
to change the startup parameters?
Former solutions in this mailing list for similar requests did not work.
