[opencms-dev] publishing and synchronizing in one go

HI ,
I want the files(all types of files) from VFS to be exported to different
RFS locations.
At the same when i publish any file in opencms i want that file to be
updated in RFS .
And i want the synchronization as background process, i don't want to press
the synchronize folder button every time.
I am using opencms 7.0.4

Any quick help is really appreciated.
