Hi Alkacon,

Could it be possible to make resourceid in a format of [0-9]+.[0-9]+ in
the next release?

If so, then we can use our IANA number to setup our own new resource
type standard and won't conflict with the modules from other SPs.

For example, Langhua's IANA number is 24715, then we can define a new
xmlcontent type to "24715.1".
