[opencms-dev] removing default opencms applications?

Hello All,

  I have installed OpenCms with all modules and sample applications
[template one, documentation etc] on client\s server, but my client does not
wish to keep these applications in its server. So please advise how can I
remove template one, docs etc completely with contents?
