[opencms-dev] Customizing the new file dialog

Hello all,

is there a way to customize the new file dialog? For example if I'd like to
have the [ ] Add html suffix check box unchecked or checked by default? Or
have the Title completed with the filename?

And how can you change the behavior of the rich text editor from the content
editing for the structured content types?
