[opencms-dev] Suvery OpenCms + SQL Server = error, dont supported?

Hi Guys,

I see in documentation for module Webform (need for using Survey) this:
4.1.2 Database Provider
At the moment supported database providers are only MySql and Oracle. Being
MySql the default.

My project be developer in SQL Server 2005. But I dont work Survey in SQL
Server, I test in PosGreSQL too, and dont work, make this message:

ERROR: syntax error at or near "MAXID"

Somebody help, guys?

How can work in SQL Server or PosgreSQL?

I testing in MySQL 5, and work... =/
