[opencms-dev] inheritance of keys in the workplace.properties

Hello opencms-dev,

I'm confusing with the comment:
# => these keys are only present in default and english localized properties to avoid unnecessary overhead

in the workplace_de.properties for example. Because these "unnecessary" lines which are not present here, produce the typical "??? KEY ???" messages.
