[opencms-dev] Problems setting up OpenCMS

Increase the timeout number set in CmsSetupBean.java will fix this
problem. I was not able to persuade Alkacon to change this number
several years ago because I don't know why this happened. There is
OpenJDK now, wish someone would figure out the real reason.
