[opencms-dev] content-conversion / cleanup

Hi,

I have some questions regarding the content-conversion:

If I have it set to "cleanup;xhtml" (the default, I reckon), it changes

<a target="_blank"
href="http://irgendeineurl.ch/irgendeineseite">ExternerLink<img height="9"
width="13" src="../resources/images/externlink.gif" alt="Ext. Link" />

to

<a target="_blank"
href="http://irgendeineurl.ch/irgendeineseite">ExternerLink <img
height="9" width="13" src=".. /resources/images/externlink.gif" alt="Ext.
Link" />

, that is, it adds this nasty space after the text (which gets underlined
in IE).

Now I realised that when I set the content-conversion property to "false",
this obviously does not happen.

However, my question is: What else is affected by this "cleanup;xhtml"?
Instead of just setting it to "false", is there some middle way, that
would do whatever the "cleanup;xhtml" does, but without adding this extra
space?

Thanks and cheers
Marcel
