[opencms-dev] preventing folder from being published

In 6.2.3 I managed to tag a folder and it's subtree as
not-for-publishing.

I forgot by which means I did that. Was there a property? Was it in
permissions, or change type? 

The consequence of this change was that the title/name of the
folder/object was displayed in italics.
