Hi Andreas,
thanks for your hint. I think our license already matches the criteria of Open Source software. But we will recheck that against the criteria of The Open Source Definition.

Does your license comply with the criteria contained in The Open Source
Definition (http://opensource.org/docs/osd) ?

Please do not use the term "open source" if that is not the case.
