Where in OpenCms/Tomcat is configured what extensions are used for
DirectoryIndex?

It seems that the 7.5 installation overwrote something. Not sure though.
Anyway, someone said to me that a page /index.htm delivers a blank page
although it has content and when I did a sibling to index.html
it worked. But I believe that it worked already.
