[opencms-dev] My custom tld file is not read

I tried importing into my module a .jar which had a .tld file inside, and I
get the error:

"The absolute uri: http://www.mysite.com/cms/taglib cannot be resolved in
either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application."

I tried exporting and importing my module, restarting tomcat, etc, but I
keep getting the error.
I read some of you managed to use custom tag libraries without having to add
manually the reference, ¿does anyone know how they did it?
